We hired James to lead a cooking class for my friend’s bachelorette party and I can’t recommend him enough! His class was super informative but still very fun. I’ve never seen anyone make fresh mozzarella before, which was such a cool experience! He even let us make our own dough for the experience, in order to take home to make our own pizza later. When it came to the pizzas themselves that night, truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I highly recommend James for your next pizza event!!

James led a fun and interactive pizza making class for a friend’s bachelorette party and it was a highlight of our weekend! He led us through each step of making our pie from scratch - including homemade mozzarella - while providing context and answering any questions we might have had. The pizza itself was delicious and you can tell he puts a lot of pride into his craft. We’d lightly recommend his class or catering services to others!

We hired James for my bachelorette and it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, he was so communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful! He led such a fun pizza class, walking us through the process step by step and we all agreed it was some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! I would highly recommend hiring him for a private event!
